With over 2 decades of expertise in green biomanufacturing and synthetic biology, Dr. Yu holds more than 30 international patents in these fields. His work demonstrates how enzymatic technology and bioprocess innovation can transform traditional food ingredients into next-generation functional solutions — replacing chemical-intensive processes with sustainable, bio-based alternatives.
