The FIA Asia 2024 Food Ingredients Exhibition concluded successfully, where we highlighted cutting-edge solutions under the themes of New Proteins and Gut Health. Targeting the Southeast Asian market, we introduced two flagship products: an Instantized Brown Rice Protein and Fibalance™ PHGG (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum) – galactomannan. This water-soluble prebiotic dietary fiber supports gut health.
We also featured other innovations such as SusCarb™ Dextrin HBCD (Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin), a slow-release carbohydrate, and our plant-based Plantairy™ cereal powders. These were showcased alongside application products like high-protein shakes, protein bars, prebiotic and probiotic blend powders, Red Bull-flavored energy drinks, and Protein-rich Instant Oat Milk.
The interactive display provided our partners with a hands-on experience of how ZymeBase’s products can be applied in real-world settings, sparking meaningful discussions and capturing the attention of many visitors.
